Good Sniff

9:20 PM at The Bandroom

Good Sniff is a garage punk-rock duo formed on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Bassist Elias Hodson and drummer/vocalist Lachie Brown’s loud, obnoxious take on punk has brought the Geelong-based duo’s unique sound across Geelong and Melbourne, putting the two boys on stages with Aussie legends Skegss, CIVIC, Ruby Fields, Dumb Punts and Drunk Mums.

Good Sniff have rocked out at bushfire appeal get-together Festival 56, and in 2021, were part of the Live at the Bowl series alongside Skegss at Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Their musical tribute to their late bandmate and friend Louie Shearman, titled “Louie the Milk Man”, was played across Australia as part of triple j’s Requestival in May 2020. The launch show for their latest release “Beach Slumba”, recorded and tracked by Louie, raised over $4,000 in proceeds which were donated to the R U OK? Foundation.

The Good Sniff boys have some releases and exciting shows cooking for 2022, with their first release of the year, Sniff City, signalling an amazing evolution in their delightfully obnoxious sound. The boys have continued bringing their new sound to stage throughout the year, culminating in two major Skegss’ headline shows along with Stimpies at Torquay Hotel at the beginning of September.

The Sniff duo riff on life, teenhood, VCAL and more from 9:20 PM in The Bandroom!
